Antonia Lofaso
Chef Antonia Lofaso's cuisine is an invitation to explore deeper into the depths of her interior world. Food she cooks up is a result of her fascination with the cultural aspects in Los Angeles, which was ignited by a trip from Long Island to Los Angeles from Long Island's suburbs. Cavatelli and Carnitas can be found to live in harmony in the menus, an idea that has developed over time. But what remains in all of her dishes is an unifying view of the future, while also reminiscing about the past. Motivated by her American-born Italian heritage, Lofaso opened Scopa Italian Roots in 2013 that was immediately a hit. The restaurant's version of traditional Italian food is among Los Angeles's most popular restaurants. The restaurant serves delicious and consistent food at Scopa, a neighborhood favorite. Customers describe it as authentic and satiating. Lofaso was trained by renowned chefs to master their methods. However, she was not afraid making bold choices to honour her instincts. After a brief period her career, she was at the highest level of Wolfgang Puck's Spago. Later she worked with many famous celebrities as she transformed various Los Angeles restaurants. In 2011, Lofaso partnered with Sal Aurora and Mario Guddemi to launch Black Market Liquor Bar in Studio City. Lofaso was able to settle in the Black Market. Lofaso could finally enjoy the creativity she had always desired. Black Market is not constrained by a single direction, and that is the intention. The first course could be potato chips and peppers some dill. This could be followed by Korean wings and meatballs. Antonia's distinctive flavors form the base of these bold combinations. Lofaso's success has been measured by her capacity to stay authentic to her own taste while being able to comprehend her audience. The Top Chef Chicago episode and Top Chef: All Stars demonstrated her capability to communicate herself outside the cooking environment. In the years since she's maintained her career in front of cameras, including judge on CNBC's Restaurant Startup Judge, as well as recurring appearances on the Food Network's Cutthroat Kitchen Man vs. Child. Lofaso joined forces with Penguin Publishing to create The Busy Mother's Cookbook 100 recipes of quick, Delicious, Home Cooked Meals. In the publication, she describes her life as a mom and pupil of her school, the French Culinary Institute. Lofaso insists that the source of inspiration behind all of Lofaso's achievements is her kitchen. Through this, she is always on pulse. With the Chefletics brand, she is changing the look of her field by redesigning clothes for the kitchen that are stylish as well as practicality. Lofaso is committed to being true to yourself and your ideals. To achieve this, she's launched Antonia Lofaso Catering. The new business will give customized experience for customers.
